Warning about Mobella Trading Ltd
A warning to people buying Electrical appliances be wary of using Mobella Trading Ltd, Ecevit Caddesi No 40 Girne. The day after I came back home my fridge packed in, I called My Repair Man who was very honest said if he fixed it it might last a long time or a week so I decided to get a new one. He called his friend from Mobella Trading and they came up with new fridge. It was not in a box no protection, doors not taped shut. It is not easy to get to my apartment down steps over a bridge and up steps. They stood and deliberated for ages I told them if they could not get it in apartment to take it away again. But they had come up with a plan only 2 guys. When they got it into the apartment they had scratched all one side it was the side facing the living room not the work top. They did show me the damage but there was no way they could of managed to get it into the truck again. I admit I should not of accepted it. I emailed the owner who said that the damage was pointed out to me so he is taking no responsibility. A few days later I notice there are screws missing from the grill at the back of the fridge.

Mot people would agree with the packing issue but this doesn't excuse the firms dreadful actions and response and if they are reading this this should come on this forum, apologies and replace the fridge immediately!

Take a load of photos and go back to the shop/depot from which it came, together with your receipt. Make a fuss, the days are gone we thought it best not to in order to keep the locals happy. I can understand the reason, but its such a shame that you signed for it, but I admit that hindsight is a wonderful thing!
