Adress Setup on Amazon

Hello everyone, I am new to this forum and would love a little help about something.
I'm planning to move to Northen Cyprus (or TRNC as some say) around July and wanted to know if you could ship items using Amazon to there, and if yes how. I am struggling to fill the Amazon Adress form (In case you were wondering I already know the place I'm going to live in). I heard about Mersin 10 but would like some more clarifications on the subject.
Thanks in advance for any answers !

Put in your address house number road name area ie Lapta then add you post code ( can be found by googling it)
then add Mersin 10 Turkey.
Don’t forget to add a local phone number.

Don't forget your purchases will have to go through customs. I don't know what the value limit is here but you may have to pay import duty.

Thanks you very much Mr Chinnery and Laura B for the answer. So I do I have to put Mersin 10 as the postcode or just use it somewhere else like in the city or the region for example ?

Your address should look something like this -
NateH ( your name)
26 Smith Sokak, (Address)
Yesiltepe (area)
Alsancak. 123456 (your post code)
Mersin 10
Turkey
Tel# 154321

Personally I wouldn’t send anything to TRNC parcel wise. Even letter post goes missing frequently.

Others may have had better luck than me though.

Thanks everybody for the feedback, I think I got it setup the right way and we'll try to ship something there. I'll keep you updated of the progress.

That's a shame, do they at least refund you ?

We order a lot from Amazon, but have a post office box on the South side that we send them to. That way, they arrive and no customs duty. Use the PO Box for post as well.

There is a limit for customs and I was told it is £30 and it does work. make sure you buy something that is delivered by Amazon.
You are then eligible for a refund if it does not arrive. As I live in Dipkarpaz, goods take a generous 3 weeks.
On my last item, the first post office stamp in England said 31.05.2018, then Nicosia 10.06.2018, then Famagusta 15.06.2018 and last Dipkarpaz 20.06.2018.
The only problem I have had, was when I ordered goods from another company and they use a courier all the way, I did have to pay taxes and when the goods arrived in Nicosia the local courier called me and said they could not deliver to Dipkarpaz. I said, how about Famagusta and they said NO.
I also buy goods from Landsend.co.uk and they send by royal mail and all is well.

I agree with the advice about the address

In another thread about ordering from Amazon the other day I am sure I saw something about there is an office in Lefkosa. I only saw it the other day but now even using the search function I cannot find it. Apparently it is somewhere near the Hospital after the first roundabout.

Does this ring a bell with anyone or was it my imagination?
