Paphos airport - where to eat ?
Travelling down to Paphos Airport for a flight - we have booked our on site parking but does anyone know of somewhere close to the airport where we can have lunch before the flight ? Don't know the area at all.

As the airport is before Paphos, you could stop at Limassol where there are a good range of restaurants. If the weather's nice we take a picnic and get off the A6 (dual carriageway) onto the B6 (old coast road) and stop at a picnic area overlooking the sea. The B6 takes you straight to the turn off for the airport but it is a bit twisty/counter intuitive in places. If you download Google maps and select offline maps from the 3 horizontal bars on left hand side then get the Cyprus map, you can use it as a Satnav even when there is no Internet.

Next to the airport is a village called Mandria. They have a good greek taverna called Klimataria that does great kebabs and souvla, plus there is Mandria Fish & Chips which is always highly recommended in the Paphos region. They do the large pork chops too

Was taken to Bonamare Beach Restaurant earlier this week and it’s a lovely location with good food, you wouldn’t know it was there!
