Hiatus Hernia

Has and one had they're hiatus hernia removed here and if so was it done through key hole surgery? And roughly the cost and where and with whom please
I'm in UK & have had this done by keyhole. There is no removal of anything just the tear/hole stitched, my stomach had actually gone through the hole & had to be pushed back & wrapped around the rest of the stomach & stitched. This in effect became like a gastric band & as a result have lost a lot of weight.
