Multimax issue

I need to contact multimax to sort out an issue. What is the best way to contact them other than by phone (out of country atm).
I have logged a ticket but nothing seems to be happening.

There is a live support service, but it won't be manned 24/7. They will respond to your ticket, just not immediately, especially if submitted out of hours. They are also available on WhatsApp & Viber if you use any of those apps.

Thanks. One of the tickets has been closed and the other one is still open. No correspondence / update though.
Cannot use Viber / whatsap as VoIP is banned in the country I’m in atm
