Does anyone know when MM will reopen, my neighbor has a fault and currently there is no reply.

I suspect MM is enjoying Beyram, as most other TRNC-based companies are doing. I think Thursday is service as normal?

Hmm. I have always considered MM to be quite forward thinking so to be honest would have thought they could have had someone able to take calls.
He ( my neighbour) tried it earlier and just got an error message. He has no internet so has to come here to connect.

My neighbour just recently rang again and got through. So after all they are proactive and forward thinking. Well done MM!

As a PS. Whilst this was going on he tried to get through on online chat but failed. He subsequently got a call acknowledging this attempt and offering assistance.
This is service way above anything else in TRNC so very well done.

Multimax phone support is 365 days 8am to 12 midnight operation
Multimax office is closed on first 2 days of Bayram and 1st of January only. So it was a normal days of operation from Tuesday onward...
