POOLTECH - New stock - Eco Glass Filter Media now in stock !
Numerous requests have led us to now stock an alternative media for your pool sand filter - Eco Glass.
Replace your current Quartz Sand media with Eco Glass!
Eco Glass Filter Media (EGFM) is made from glass recycled in the UK and manufactured to create smooth flaw-free particles in 3 grades.
Top things to note are: -
Lifespan is 8 to 10 years (or more), whereas sand lifespan is 3 to 4 years
Less / shorter duration backwashing is required
Improved pool water clarity
15% less glass media is needed as it is less dense than sand media
We stock all 3 grades which come in 25kg bags and retail at £25 per bag (discounts available on bulk orders)
