We used Olaytrans in TRNC and their agent in the UK was Greens and we had no problems at all it did take 2 months for the shipment to be delivered to us in the UK but as we were not in a hurry it was no problem.

Having used Olaytrans and man and a van previously we decided on our return to uk to use Olaytrans as we thought we may get our goods quicker. We sold most of our effects and had six packing boxes to go back. Olaytrans collected our goods at the end of November as we were told the ship was due to leave trnc mid December and would arrive mid Jan, great we thought but no, it eventually left mid January and arrived in the uk nearly four weeks ago. Do we have our goods yet? No, according to Greens last week they were still awaiting the green light from customs to clear the goods and being that it is a part load it sounds as if we have to wait for a lorry passing in our direction to receive our goods. Much needed bits in those boxes, things that we don't want to duplicate like tools and Hoover. Going to be like Xmas when we get them ( or perhaps it will be Xmas!)
On another note, Olaytrans never initially informed us about needing a transfer of residence(TOR), make sure you apply for this or else you will be charged tax, generally taking about two weeks at the moment to get a TOR number, I believe you can also use this number for importing pets too as you will have to pay tax on your much loved pet as both are coming from an area outside of the eu.

If the pet in question is of UK origin it will be exempt as it will be "British Return". If you have the TOR and a copy of your original export airwaybill (assuming pet was air freighted) there will be no tax.
If the pet was aquired outside of the EU then it will be subject to VAT on a nominal value however, the shipping charges will or should be taken into the CIF value which at 20% can get expensive!
