Re: Parcelisation
Yes it is possible. But you will definitely need a legal advice.
You can contact Erginel Law Office and see if they can help you.

Re: Parcelisation
Lots of people claim they can do this, so would be interested in knowing who's actually had it done, I thought the next part of the process which is normally completed by the architect, is to have any houses with full description listed on the kocan, then parcelisation, my pockets been picked a few times over the years trying to get the final stage.

Re: Parcelisation
Kerry the parcelisation has to be done first then the Final Approval
I have sent the original poster a PM but they have not replied
As you say it can be a very expensive & fruitless exercise if you are not led down the right road!

Re: Parcelisation
We recieved a Kocan for our property 16 years ago, same has the one used by the builder but with our name's on, this turned out to be the land kocan, we only managed to change anything when we moved out full time with weekly visits/calls, what we next recieved was a kocan showing the plots and a description of the properties on the two plots, what we have had difficulty doing is getting an individual kocan with just our plot with the house on, I'm assuming this would be parcelisation.

Thanks Soner but I'm loathe to unzip my pockets again unless I'm confident the process is completed.Soner wrote: ↑Fri 09 Apr 2021 9:11 amNorth Cyprus Law Clinic who advertise on here, may be able to help: https://www.bhlex.com

Re: Parcelisation
The process is one that involves the land owner/s , stakeholders, surveyor, the municipality and the land registry.
The trick is to co ordinate all into a workable process that includes who will pay for what.
First approach the land owner to relay the intention. Then stake holders for support. Secure costs and present a package to stake holders.
Get a surveyor on board to mark out and check the parcels of land, Check the build permissions and plans if properties are on the land.
surveyor can apply to the land registry and lead the process.
Legal entities are simply taking revenue for zero duty of care or accountability.
Certainly Kocan is king.
Individual Kocan is without doubt the end goal.
