Hi every one! just paid for my house and need a little advise. ( I paid in installments)
How do I go about to get my kocan? Costs involved? How long will it take ?
When do I paid the KDV?
All advise greatly appreciated.

How long is a piece of string?? Seriously nobody on this board can answer such a general question it depends on so many variables. Has your Permission to Purchase been granted if you need it? Your first points of call are your builder & your lawyer - good luck!

Agree with ozankoys the house we bought has been waiting 14 years so impossible to answer this
