We have been told by our Notary that we need a Criminal Record Bureau Disclosure Report in order to get our permission to purchase permit. Has anyone done this themselves?

We have been living here 3 years.

We did ours in 2012 and used the mygovscot form.

Would advise you confirm with others just in case things may have changed!
