Good morning everyone.

We are a fit retired couple looking to rent a property on a long term basis. We are looking for something in a quiet location preferably to the East of Kyrenia, but anything would be given consideration. A 3 bed villa with or without pool would be ideal.
We are non smokers and have no pets. We promise to respect and look after your property.

You have not mentioned furnished or unfurnished or price range

One of my customers has an unfurnished 3 bed in Catalkoy with pool, just finished decorating throughout.

In an ideal world 'part furnished' would be ideal as we have some furniture to bring.

Price range is up to 500 sterling.

You could try looking on a site called 101evler, lots of rentals to be found there. Put in your area and other parameters, there should be plenty around at the moment. you can also find properties with rents in TL as well as sterling. Happy hunting.

We are looking for somewhere in a very quiet location and do not really want to live on a complex.

As we are not having any luck in our search we have decided to go up to 700 sterling per month to find something that we really like.

I found a lot of the properties on there were old adverts. Personally I'd just get your name down with as many estate agents as you can.

Yes you are right. Lots of the properties on the estate agents web sites have already been rented. It's not helpful !

Just use the site for estate agents numbers and emails and get on their lists direct. Rental properties are few and far between unfortunately so you might have to be patient and compromise a bit

There are 3 bedroom villas, with pool, on Glass View Bay estate which is located 5 km East of Bahçeli. Very quiet.

Yes, it is. We live there and do not hear the music played only on a Wed eve, twice a month. I walk my dogs at 2100 nightly and hardly hear any noise from Spice Gardens. There is, however, a fair amount of traffic outside the restaurant, albeit it never bothers us and we live within 100 metres.

At least three, one is managed by Azant. I will make enquiries as to the other two and there are other empty properties, but unfurnished and I do not know the state of the villas, but the gardens need a definite sort out and have no pools.
