Which chinese does the proper crispy duck where they shred it at the table . I know the chinese that use to be in rocks use to serve it . So many just give the sliced breast which is good but not the real the real mciy. Any recommendations?

Sushico and Royal China both do Crispy Aromatic Duck with pancakes and hoisin sauce .

Green dragon to it very authentic but do not shread it at the table.

We had Crispy Duck at the Royal China, where they did shred it at the table, last week...

Dragon at Kaya Palazzo but I can't remember if they shredded at the table or not.

The trick is to be quite aggressive with the forks to scrape every edible morsel from the bones which should be picked clean by the process... if you are too slow it will all be cold by the the time you've done it. So a fast forceful action is required for the best results....

Thanks fir all the replies will definately vusit royal china them . We last went to the dragon and they didnt shred the duck but the meal was excellent though and even though it was a monday by 8 the restaurant was busy which is a good sign
