Mobile phone trade in

My wife and I are moving out shortly from the UK. Can anyone please tell me how much it costs to register our phones, tax etc. Also can you trade in a UK registered phone there, or would it be better to sell them here first and buy new ones there. Just trying to work out the best option, thanks.

Depends on your phone a 128gb iPhone 14 plus max costs about £1600 here registering depends on model
