Black Paint/Bitumen Road Spill - Elexus/Acapulco Area

Hi Folks,
Just a heads up.
I've just been informed of a truck spilling its load
of what appears to be Black Paint/Bitumen.
On the road between The Elexus and Acapulco this morning 11am.
Drivers are having to drive through this spillage,
Don't know if and when it will be cleaned up.
