ATM Commission Charge For Sterling Withdrawal

Does anyone have a reasonably comprehensive list of the local banks who are charging commission at the point of withdrawal or who are not charging commission.
Have previously been using Garanti Bank ATMs but their new 3.5% commission is really unreasonable.
Any information would be appreciated.
Thanks

A comprehensive list?

Check back through recent postings on this subject - use the forum Search facility, and you will see that TEB and Iş Bank do not charge, although this is subject to Sterling actually being available from any particular ATM on any particular day...

You can verify whether any other ATM's charge by attempting a withdrawal to find out whether: -

a) Sterling is available, or not

b) Whether the machine will impose a charge, or not

If you abort the operation before withdrawing cash, then no charge is imposed.

If you do find any others, please post on here for the benefit of others.
