Guaranti ATM's

Having lived in the TRNC for some time I have always withdrawn Sterling from Guaranti ATM's without any charge. However last week I withdrew £400 only to find they have charged me £410 (2.5%)
Querying this in the Girne branch they said anything withdrawn over 2000Tl will be charged 2.5% (That's £269 at today's rate)
So next time I used it I withdrew £200 and you've guessed it - a 2.5% charge.
I can only assume it'a all to do with the fall in the value of the TL.
Does anyone know where I can withdraw sterling east of Girne without charge? Bankamatic at Lemar no longer offers Sterling.
