Sterling in Cash Points

Cash points seem to be devoid of Sterling over the last couple of days.
Found a Garanti Cash point by Lermar but it wanted to add 2.5 % to the transaction.
If this is the latest thing I'll just have to accept it.
Any other CP's that anyone knows.

Lemar at Karakum and Catalkoy both usually have sterling............. TEB bank has one on the way out of town towards Lapta but only a few hundred metres from the Lefkosa roundabout on the ring road. And down by the Dome hotel in town too.
The 2.5% surcharge is new to me tho!!!

Still cannot get sterling out of t.e.b.
Tried karakum yesterday.

Oh Hell, the T.E.B. has ALWAYS been my last resort and never once since it opened has it let me down. B******r.
