dippersgirl can't sign in!!!!!

Hi, what is going on?? dippersgirl can't sign in!!
First it happened on my phone some months ago. It said dippersgirl tried to sign in too many times!! Not true!!!!
Today dippersgirl had a problem on the laptop. She did not accept all the cookies and then suddenly all gone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
