Mr Muscle make one , in a orange bottle. Used it twice recently on jobs where pipes were inaccessible. Left it overnight then flushed with boiling water.
Very good results. Got it from Bektash approx 115 lira.

"Lavabo Açıcı" available under many brand names.
You will normally find it on supermarket shelves somewhere near the bleach.
It's actually Caustic Soda (Sodium Hydroxide), so be careful when using it!
Sinks and drains here seem to be particularly prone to getting blocked, and I find it best to wipe/scrape as much food residue off plates and pans as possible into the bin before washing.
Never pour used oil or fat down the sink, not even if you have rinsed it with hot water, as it will congeal as soon as it hits the cold pipes and start to build up.
Don't be tempted to tip it down the toilet either - it all ends up in the same place

Any of the supermarkets sell it, drain clear or drain clean, and they are all very good just follow the instructions on the container. It is a good idea to try and do all drains especially showers every couple of months.
Good luck
Tanky.

Tu Ru Hu . Must not be used anywhere near chrome/ Stainless Steel or work surfaces BEWARE. Its excellent for the right application. But can do serious harm. Ideal for limescale , rust marks on ceramics, removing dried grouting cement from floor tiles. Many uses. But it is spirit of salts. Sulphuric acid.
You would not be allowed to buy i off a supermarket shelf in the UK. We always used to buy it from chemists in the UK but I think now only available with a licence.
I have tried several drain cleaners and by far the best so far I have found is the Mr Muscle ( Orange Bottle). Also be careful with Caustic Soda crystals they can solidify in the trap an totally block the sink.
I find at home that if I put some washing up liquid and salt down the waste every month leave it about 30 minutes and flush with boiling water then no problems. Prevention is better than cure.
