Try removing the power from the pump altogether, wait 5 minutes & then reconnect.

If you still get the 'Error/Tripped' light on and the reset button doesn't get it going, then I'm afraid that you need another presscontrol unit or pump.

Bad news I'm afraid - have a word with your nearest Yapı Market (probably Celal at Ersem as you are in Alsancak) and ask them to send their bloke to have a look - they'll be able to tell which part is causing the issue...

You might have tried this, but if not, press and hold the reset button on the controller, this worked for us when we had an air pocket after power cuts.

It's also very possible that the capacitor has failed. This is located inside the terminal box of the motor. These generally just plug in to the motor terminals. A capacitor fault is normally indicated by the motor buzzing but not running. Easy to replace and low cost. Best of luck!

That what plumber charged you. Look see if it Italian then it should run quietly. Mind you that is the price of the pump so surely he never fitted free

That’s the problem then. Years ago pick them up 25 30£ . I never use anything but Italian. I have put them in 10 years ago still going strong. Its the Colette’s that make the noise. In the Italian version they are metal in Chinese plastic . You paid lot of money for cheap crap

it is not so easy to find good pumps. even the italian ones you can find are at its best "mid range".
good ones as low noise but powerful and energy saving multistage centrifugal pumps from Wilo, Grundfos, Lowara, Espa.. are, it seems, disappeared.
      price, price, price...
when it comes to the "kick in - out" automatics, and - or expansion vessels you have the next problem. just for everybody: the RED and WHITE ones are for closed (heating) systems ONLY.
to be continued by the "usta work" (see vessels) , with no valves, filters, pressure controls, the lot, installed.
4900 TL is far to cheap to have a reliable pump system installed.

I have installed. If you buy a good pump they are repairable so it makes sense to buy a good pump i would never entertain installing a Chinese pump if thats what they want go to another supplier. I am not having a go at you Hamerhead just my experiences

All pumps should be repairable. Bearings and mechanical seals are standard. I avoid ones with plastic impellers. Don't mind buing non Italian but the price should reflect this.

I very quickly learnt to keep my broken pump and take it to Press Teknik, Alsancak where they will repair it for a spare.
