Does anyone have a rough idea how much the going rate is to clean windows of 2 bed upstairs apt, Tatlisu area?

Depends on how many windows. Have friends that were charged £50 for windows cleaned, 3 bed houses. Probably cheaper to get a cleaner in to clean house and windows.

We just had our 2 bed detached house cleaned inside and out including windows all for £150 due to recent construction work next door, dust everywhere, before not after, obviously

That's crazy. I get my 3 bed cleaned inside and out, including windows for £25.
