A request by a neighbour - "...does anyone know how you update your email address with Kibtec please?"
This of course means 'online' from the UK, as just going into the office would (hopefully?) be simple.....

They have a Facebook page, very responsive,I would just contact them on chat and change it there.

Just to add to that i called their customer service and het answered straight away and spoke english!
