If its the TRNC version you are referring to, then the BRS have a form which you can print off. I did it yesterday.

Appears can only be completed in Turkish language mode. Not too much of an issue but doesn’t want to accept my passport number. Keeps throwing me out? If anyone is having success please post how it was done.

Apparently you need to put a letter P before the passport number.

Could anyone please be so kind as to translate the following. Girilen bilgilere ait aktif bir araç kaydı bulunmamaktadır, araç kayıt dairesine başvurunuz. This is what is shown when I attempt to renew Road Tax Online.

According to my translator it means, "There is no active vehicle registration of the information entered, apply to the vehicle registration office". Looks like you have to apply in person.
