90 days in TRNC then 90 days in Turkey?

Sorry if this has been already discussed, but regarding the 90-day visit rule, I wonder could an owner (or renter) in the TRNC also buy a property in Turkey and use this for the other 90 days in 180 days before returning?

So, in effect alternating between the two for the whole year! If a property was obtained on the South Turkish coast it could be relatively easy to get the boat across and would save having to return to the UK. I know Turkey regard the TRNC as a province, so I suppose it may be a non-starter, but just a thought!

Wouldn't it be simpler just to do residency.

You would have to get a Visa for Turkey for 90 days apply online and pay 40 dollars. Easier to apply for residency I would think.
