From experience, I would suggest that you approach the nearest dealer for your particular brand of machine (as they are the people whose repair service are most likely to have the appropriate spares in stock) - unfortunately, as you do not mention the make of your machine, I can't advise the nearest place to your house in Çatalköy...
As a 'default' I would normally have suggested 'Tamircim' (which translates as 'My Repair Man'), but after a recent disturbing post, I'm afraid that I'm not inclined to recommend him anymore!

Depends where you're located but HayPem in Alsancak does washing machine repairs.

The shop is called Dellar Enterprises and has plenty of parking out front, you will see fridges and washers out front too... used him a few times, very reasonable, will visit, diagnose and quote

It's just past the Green petrol station on the opposite side of the road, next to Hur Deniz.
