I need the address of immigration in Lefcosia and the office where you change the name on car docs please

The Vehicle Registration Office is not far off, see here.

Don't forget that you need a Muhtar's letter for change of car ownership, and a copy of the seller's passport as well as your own, and all of the car documents!
