Having great trouble with Credit West Bank at present, currently in UK and need to contact them urgently transferring money to UK. Previously my account manager in Credit West would sort it but in the last week have e mailed three times no reply. Then rang them twice and at great expense they said they would look into it and I have heard nothing. Anybody else had trouble with Credit West and any advice would be appreciated.

If your account manager was Ayse she has left the bank. We had booked an appointment to see her only to be told she had left when we turned up! We now have Tara who seems to be on the ball. Her email address is [email protected] It might be worth sending her an email as she’s very helpful.
