Does anyone have an email address for THY not a phone number somewhere I can send a written complaint

Having recently (successfully) lodged a claim with TA I can advise that their feedback system is much improved. Once your feedback is logged you should receive a unique reference number and subsequently should be kept advised of progress. However if further feedback is required e.g. additional documents are requested, the system logs this under a new reference number which can be confusing. It does require some patience but is worth pursuing.

I havent actually flown yet its about a flight change of time which is not suitable .
