Does anyone know where I can get glass cut to replace glass in a picture frame.

Paralik in Karakum have cut glass to size for us in the past.

If you are talking about just a picture frame i.e a painting, then we have taken pictures to the shop just up from Magic Touch, the picture framers just down from the state hospital in Girne. Any picture framer worth his salt, will know what to do.
