Once again Greatstone have left an awful mess and the poor owners without homes. God love them it's been a long hard fight against the landowner seeing as Tash (Greatstone) left the Island and is now in Manchester working as a taxi driver. No one deserves to lose their homes but once again the system has let down the very people who should have been protected
My heart goes out to them all personally if I owned a home on that site I would bulldozer it before letting the landowner benefit from the misery he and Greatstone have caused

I'm sure there will be many more when you consider all those buyers that have paid in full but not received their deeds. It's such a good "legal " way of making lots of dosh for those without morals. How many more will follow the same path? Yet the Government could so easily safeguard purchasers by simply amending conveyancing laws. It really isn't safe to buy in the TRNC and all one feels is disgust at the level of state sponsored corruption.

Does anyone know if all of the 13 houses due to go up for auction are on the Great stone 2 site?

Has there been any news as to whether the Auction took place and the outcome? Where was it held and how many people turned up?
