The Savoy Ottoman Palace (in association with The Royal British Legion Kyrenia Branch) is hosting a Charity Gala Night Sat 30th May. Tickets can now be purchased from George's Café (Girne), Best Seller Bookshops (both Karakum & Alsancak branches), The Wild Duck (Lapta) and the Olive Press (Lapta).

With a 3 course meal, unlimited drinks, lots of treats in our prize draw, entertainment from Andrew Sings and Tuxedo Junction PLUS the comedy legend Mr Bobby Davro headlining the event it is going to be a great night out (as well as raising cash for charity).

What a night! Great performance by Andrew Sings and Tuxedo Junction. Hats off for the well organised event and to the staff at the Savoy.
As for Bobby Davro - well, I had never laughed so much in my life, an absolutely brilliant act.

We had a great night on Saturday. 6 of us came up from Paralimni, South Cyprus and itmwas well worth the journey.

Do you yet kniw when the Poppy Ball is? We'd be interested in that too.

I can confirm The Royal British Legion Poppy Ball will be Friday 6th Nov at The Savoy Ottoman Palace - prices tbc but dress code is Black Tie (and is another good evening). I am not organising this one but I will let them know you are interested and will pass your contact details.
