I have always been able to put credit on SKYPE on a pay as you go basis putting on 10 euros each time as my credit goes down, however I can no longer do this. Firstly a different screen comes up secondly it does not accept the information that I input. Has anyone else recently experienced this? or any ideas as to what to do would be welcome.

The Skype add credit should work seamlessly, I take it you access the screen via your account and end-up at a URL like this

Where -n.nn.n.nnn- identifies your account and is a secure URL (HTTPS) if not then warning - it could be a doppelgänger site trying to get your card details. Check your card has not been misused.

When I click to buy skype credit it does take me to a site as you indicated however this was not the same layout/site that I have used previously to buy credit. My card has not been used but I know that the details are stored because on the previous layout it came up with the last 4 digits of my card and asked if this was the card to take the money from.

When I joined Skype I made it where they take 10 dollars automatically whenever I get low on credit. It saves worrying all the time about your credit running out.
