The stadium at FC Union in Berlin has been converted into a living room after fans were invited to bring their own sofas. There are now 750 of them stretched across the pitch in front of the screen.

Given that Argentina couldn't score in 90 mins plus 30 mins extra time.. I think Germany will totally overwhelm them....

I will be there in November , for the 25th anniversary of the Berlin Wall coming down.

I was there in 89 when it came down

You lucky person BB. I was absolutely super glued to the TV when that was all going on. There are happenings in the world when you would virtually "sell your soul" to be there, because you know its going to be a pivotal time in history for generations to come and that was one of them.

Perhaps other people have other suggestions on a new thread?
