Poor Soner is tearing his hair out as cyberspace is being unkind. His internet connection is almost non existent. So many apologies that the paper is not yet out. Hopefully by this evening.

Nice idea Tom but I had sent everything over by 1.30a.m. so there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And if it was my fault I would admit to it, but I have no sway over the great and mighty cyberspace. In fact I think that even God does not have swayover it either.
