Extend broadband connection ptoblem.

Has anyone had problems connecting with the internet through Ariva extend this morning my other half says the message on the screen reads that we have a connectivity problem with the Modem.BBB

I am with Extend and live in the Esentepe/ Bahceli area and i have had no problems for a while.
