Fair and realistic price of a cleaner

Hi
to all of you folks who rent out your houses what sort of payment do you think is right for a 3 bedroom bungalow as in full clean and a mid week clean of just floors, bathrooms & change of bedding.
I am only asking as it seems to me that there is now such a variance in place.
Please, with all respect, don't give me the lecture of the permit stuff/minimum wage as we all know what is going on here and I just really want to pay a realistic amount for a reliable job well done.
thanks

Thanks very much folks - at home in Scotland its generally £10 per hour for cash.
So given that I have a bungalow here, it looks like the sterling prices are a bit higher as it certainly does not take 5 hours to clean my house nor 3 hours to turn around a mid week clean.
150tl may pan out to be the norm but I will wait and see if there are anymore replies.
All very useful - thanks
cheers

i think it depends on who does it. i live in Girne in a small 3 bed house and my neighnour (local) pay 100tl for a full clean incl windows and listening to local people the normal rate is about 100tl but i know some English people charge more and base it on what you'd pay back in the uk. it may be better to find someone from the village maybe someone can recommend a cleaner.
