Lost cyprus. Terrier

There is a small terrier running around Alsancak --I would say fawnish brown,not grey, has a collar. I have seen it on three mornings, but once I park the car, it has disappeared. It does appear to be lost and scared, and often runs down the middle of the road. This morning it was near the Post Office, but yesterday was up near Old Milos. I'll try to entice it so that I can look at the collar if I see it again.
