Hi Ladies!

I am currently running a keep fit class at Mpower gym.
We begin with a ballet warm up at the barre and progress to learn simple
dance routines based on Latin dance steps.
This is a non competitive class which is kind to the body
whilst really focusing on toning and posture.
No experience necessary.

Every Tuesday 9.30am at Mpower gym.
