We want to thank Orhan Saglam for the 1st class job he has done on our villa. We are really happy with the finish and the quality of workmanship, care and attention paid to the work and our needs at all times.

Our villa was really in need of some tlc on the exterior and during the summer we had watched Orhan and his workmen do a great makeover on the villa next door. We asked him to give us a quote when he had finished we were that impressed at the quality of what he had done.

Late December we decided it was time to get the work done and I have to say we are over the moon with what he has accomplished. He took great care over filling in all the cracks (even hairline one's), he used quality materials to replaster and then paint. Having seen his work next door and also the work on ours I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone else. Happy for anyone to come and take a look at ours. His contact details are:

Just like to second that, have just had my guttering re-done, and he did an excellent job.

Thanks Orhan for the great quality work you've just done on our villa. Unlike most builders who have just wanted to mask the damp problem we had, Orhan investigated and got to the source of the problem before fixing it ... and it looks great now. A very clean and tidy worker too - no "builders mess" to clean up

I would also recommend Orhan, he recently painted our lounge and stairwell and he was efficient and thorough and took pride in his work. You also feel that you are not getting ripped off with him, very reasonable rates for a 1st class job.

Orhan has just finished painting the outside of our house, He has done a fantastic job, meticulous in both preparation,painting and cleaning up each day.
He also done some replastering of a water damaged ceiling, it was near imposible to see the Joints. Now painted, it has a better finish than the original ceiling.
I highly recommend his services.

Having taken other peoples recommendations off Kibkom all I can say is they are not wrong. On purchase of my small villa I decided to gut the place and thanks to Orhan and his amazing team I now have a brilliant home. His quote was very fair for a total refurb and he consulted every step of the way even prepared to seek out and use materials he had not worked with before. Brilliant.

Before leaving for a couple of months in the summer I had booked him to complete the outside work on my return. That has now been done to the same high standard and on time which was important as I had a visitor coming out for half term. He has also dealt with a couple of emergencies promptly and reasonably. He is always pleasant and his English is excellent. Following a misunderstanding with a Cypriot neighbour he even discussed work I needed his consent for, that was forthcoming and we are now on speaking terms again.

I am an independant single woman but was cautious about employing builders here. All I can say is that anyone in my position can put total trust in Orhan and his work.

I have been looking for a good quality workman for over 6 months. my last Builder who had done quite a lot of work for me and was who was good, let me down badly, even though it was not my doing I offered an olive branch, he sill declined any more work.
As we all know good Quality Workmanship is hard to find in TRNC so its was great to see the posts giving a good reference, to what I can only see as Quality Workmanship
I have just commissioned Orhan to do work on my villa, he starts on Monday, Im still in the UK so there is trust on both sides, my neighbour is keeping a watchful eye on progress, but based on what I am reading I have no dought or worries what so ever, that he will do a good job

Have used Orhan for a number of jobs on our place over the last couple of years. Great work at reasonable prices.

Will be using Orhan again when we are across next year.

I need some work done by a competent tradesman and having read through these posts I would like to contact Orhan.

Yes he is.We contacted him last week and he has called round, checked the work, given us a quote and we have given the green light to proceed. He is very very busy tho so be prepared for a wait.

I've registered with Kibkom today with intention of highly recommending Orhan's work & professionalism. Having lived in the TRNC for the last 8 years I know how difficult it is to find trustworthy/ reliable tradesman that do a good job. The work Orhan completed at our home was finished to a high standard & was started & finished on time. We were away on holiday at the time work was in progress & Orhan kept in touch with us via email, keeping us up to date with everything. Lucky you all for being able to get him out to your house. My husband has talked to him twice on his mobile. Twice he has told him he would be here ( one of the times he said he would be visiting relatives on our road and would call in and have a look ) we are still waiting. I am waiting for the flack now, but could it be because my husband is Turkish Cypriot. Seems he only works for expats !!!!!!!!. Or am I wrong.

Thanks everyone who recommend me and my team.I m always trying to do my best for all customers who is asking for my help. Unfortunately you cant be good for everyone as experience shows so thank you for negative testimonials as well, that will be my push to greater growth in bussiness which Im running for 24 years... Some customers asked me if Im working with Turkish people and my answer is no,its because I had a bad experience before. They just delay too long with payment and for some works I had to wait my payment for a year!!! I think no one would do work in that way...
