Septic Tank emptying

Has anyone got a phone number for clearing blocked septic tanks in the Alsancak area? Our upstairs neighbour has been flushing loo paper and our system is now blocked. I know I've seen contacts in previous posts but haven't been able to track the info down via a search. Thanks for any help.

When I needed someone at yesiltepe I went in and asked where I paid the water bill and they gave me a card.

West side I have used Mehmet 0542 8517443 0533 8347701. cost is between 100tl and 150tl BARTER. Make sure both holding chambers are emptied. First time only the second chamber was emptied. 2013

I posted this last year:
"I went to the Lapta Belyedesi office last week and asked for my tank to be emptied.
They entered my details into their computer and their tanker turned up at 1100 the next morning."
Cost 45TL.
