You can cool off by standing in front of a fan.

I get prickly heat. It comes out on my upper Arms, Chest and shins usually. It is a rash of tiny lumps and is very itchy. The only way I have found to lesson the rash is to take Periton tablets every day for about a week before I come to Cyprus and every day I am there, and use an anti allergy sun protection.
I also only use a light moisturiser. Avon skin so soft (also helps with the mosquitoes}

Try Allegra available at chemists here. Dermatologist gave them to my wife last year when she was really suffering with skin problems and these are a large dose of antihistamine, which is in fact a strong piriton dose.

antihistamine like piriton etc will help with itching. also a good hydrocortisone cream should be of relief. try keep cool and wear cotton to prevent sweating.

Calamine lotion is the old favourite, but I prefer hydrocortisone cream-apply sparingly! !
