Cannot believe such excellent service!
Returned from UK yesterday to no internet due to water coming down through the cable into the house - we are lucky it did not cause a fire!
Phoned yesterday morning to report & an engineer was here this morning all fixed by 9.30
After the horrendous weather over the weekend would think they have a lot of issues to solve so am beyond pleased with their response.

Pleased to see something positive about Multimax for a change. We have been with them for a little over three years and any problems we have had (some of my own making) have always been dealt with efficiently and in a timely fashion. So another satisfied customer here.

Yes people are quick to criticise them but we have always been pleased with their service
