Problem with telsim wifi and VPN

I have just changed to Telsim/Vodaphone internet. Speed and connection a bit erratic but early days may be, also maybe weather conditions. My problem is since changing I can not get my VPN nos to connect. I am in Esentepe, has anyone had this problem or any suggestions as to what I can do? Not getting a lot of response from Telsim!!!
