I am helping the DIPKARPAZ ÇATOM KOOP with some art work, now the printer says it must be 'vector'. I know what it is, but I don't know how to do it, don't even have a program to do it with. I can't pay but are happy to do some barter for it. I have got the image as photoshop file or a bigger jpg

Hi,
not sure why the printer didn't suggest an online converter like this.
Should work. https://vectormagic.com

Ian

Re: Creating an image into 'vector'
Thanks traveller, but without buying, I can't download the result. I don't usually do this sort of work so it would be a waste of money for me and the women can't afford it either
Unless I am doing something wrong??

You're doing something wrong!
Drag and drop your image onto the webpage, when it's finished doing whatever it does, right-click on the vectorised image and select 'save as', job done!
