My internet access was very poor this week so phoned Multimax for help on Wednesday.

Received clear advice re disconnecting and reconnecting the various plugs and cables which seemed to sort out the problem. Moreover, I was informed that a technician would be sent round to check things as my signal wasn't as it should have been.

The technician was scheduled to come Thursday but I contacted the office again to reschedule for today. He came around 4pm and by 5pm had removed old mini dish and fitted a new larger dish to another location on the roof. Reception/Internet access now very good....currently enjoying England v West Indies Cricket on Sky Sports 2 via Mobdro!
