After you've downloaded Uktvnow.
Open Uktvnow app.

1. Top left, are 3 horizontal bars.
Click on them for more options, Sport, Movies, Entertainment etc
Most of the links work, but not all.

2. Top right, you'll see a Globe, click on the Globe.
Select you're country, then click Search.

At the moment, you'll need to do this for each selection.
