Resizing FilmOn

I have recently downloaded the the above with no problems at all. But, I cannot resize it to fit laptop or PC screens. If I presse the icon at the top right hand of the screen, all it does is make the people tall and thin. One of the laptops is used for transferring on to large TV screen and it look stupid. Perhaps that is all we can expect, but if it is, will stick with NTV which can be resized. Have Googled the question but can't find anything appropriate.
