Microsoft Windows 10 Updates

Hi, Just this last few days have been getting multiple updates for windows 10 and they are driving my computer mad, to day as an example, my WiFi would not connect to my router and all my torrents in Utorrent have been deleted. Anyone else having similar problems with this? My next door neighbour had to take his laptop tp Larconic and it completely froze after one of his updates.

After a massive Windows 10 update my BBC Iplayer has gone 'woppy'. When I play a programme, the picture on full screen is huge and am unable to see the subtitles.
