Draytek Router configuration expert needed.

I have recently purchased a draytek router https://www.draytek.co.uk/products/business/vigor-2925 and needed it configured properly for our voip phone system. We also use two internet companies for obvious reasons in North Cyprus and the router is able to run with both internet providers and should one cut off the other one is automatically there. I cant seem to configure this side of it and needed to combine both internet services in order to improve the call quality.
